Thank you for your interest in joining the On Rising Wings community! To be eligible for our services, you must:
Have spent at least 1 day in foster care
Be at least 18 years of age or entering college
Be currently living in Utah
This application serves as an opportunity to confirm if ORW is the right fit for supporting you. Help us learn more about you (your current situation and future goals), and how we may best support you.
Next Steps
After you submit your application, the Program Director will contact/email you within two business days with more information on the following steps:
Submit verification documents that you were in foster care (dependency letter). If you do not have or cannot access the document, we will provide more information on how to get one.
