Who We Are

On Rising Wings is a nonprofit founded by a coalition of advocates who recognized the steep cliff that exists at the end of foster care, leaving youth that have aged out of the system without guidance or support. We invite these youth to be a part of a community dedicated to their success. Ensuring that no one has to navigate adulthood alone.
